An Organ is build-up out of large number of organ keys and pipes of different sizes. It's a harmonious sight and an impressive communication whole.

By pressing down all the organ keys at once, an incredible cacophony blows out of one's senses, in where not one tone seems ti fit in one another.

This creates a mental image of many companies, communities and ways of action in where there are not given enough of weight on total view and creative collaboration.
